At the outset, I must declare at once, I know very little of the subject in hand, yet cautiosly try to address the controversy surrounding it.
What constitute “Sex” must be answered in the first place.
The ideal answer perhaps can be found in our Indian Penal Code 1860, Chapter Sixteen of Sexual offences which define under section 375- what constitute a Rape. The answer given is- a man having “penetrated” sexual intercourse with a woman against her will and consent.....................
The penetration of man's private organ to woman's private organ is inescapeble to constitute an act as a Rape (a sexual offence). Anything less than this evidently failes to be designated as “sex”.
Gay “Sex” !!!.................. but where is the sex, where are the components which constitute sex.
